Return/Refund Policy

Returns

We will accept returns for any item that within 10 days of purchase that has not been worn and free of odor, hair, lint etc. and is in resalable condition.   If you need to return, please contact our customer service team via email at support@nuplugapparel.com along with the reason for your return.  If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.  All items that are returned will be at the expense of the customer.  

Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse and refund for any items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way.  Examples of items that cannot resold include are stains, tears, rips, missing tags or packaging, strong order smells such as smoke, perfume etc.  If we receive a returned item that cannot be resold, we will notify you and offer to return the item to you at your expenses.  If you choose not to have the item returned, we will dispose of it.

****If you decide to return an item for any reason other than a mistake of the company such as a defective/wrong product.  You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected to make sure it meets our return policy requirements.  We will process your refund with 7-10 business days.  

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order.

Defective/Wrong Product

If you receive a defective or incorrect item due to the company Error upon receipt.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  Please email support@nuplugapparel.com.  You will need to provide photo proof, recipient name, order number and shipping address.  Failure to do so will Result our inability to Review and accept item.  We will not charge you to charge you for any shipping cost, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
